I have a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology and I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor. I have been registered with the Counselling and Psychotherapy Association of Canada, as well as the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada since 2020.
​
I provide counselling support to youth ages 10-18 and sometimes see young adults up to age 25 depending on their needs. I will also meet with parents/caregivers who are seeking counselling support for issues related to their children (e.g., improving communication and relationships, behaviour concerns, or understanding a diagnosis and navigating the system).
